Ingredients
250g strawberries
80g brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Remove strawberries leaves. Rinse and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Cut strawberries into small pieces and put them in a pot. Add sugar, mix well. Cover and leave for 1 hour until sugar has dissolved.
Put the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat. Stir frequently until thickens (you can draw a line in the bottom of the pan), about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, mix well. Pour the jam into a sterilized jar and let cool. Seal and store in the refrigerator.
