300g red beans
10g dried tangerine peel
150g honey rock sugar
1 piece pandan leaf
Wash red beans. Soak the beans in water for at least 1 hour. Rinse and drain. Cut the dried tangerine peel into small pieces. Wash the pandan leaf, tear into strips and tie into a knot.
Put water, red beans and dried tangerine peels in a slow cooker and cook (auto setting) for 2 hours. Add sugar and pandan leaf. Cook for another 30 minutes. Discard the pandan leaf. Serve hot.
