How to make Nougat with marshmallow? I have been using this marshmallow nougat recipe for years. The nougats are soft, chewy and so delicious. You can also make more and sell them to make some extra money.
Tips: use juicier and softer dried fruits.

Ingredients

Nougat Ingredients40g butter
200g marshmallow
100g milk powder
100g almonds
100g dried cranberries
 
 
 
 

Instructions

Nougat Step 1Bake almonds at 160°C for about 10 minutes (oven middle rack).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Nougat Step 2Place butter in a non-stick pan. Cook over low heat until the butter is melted, stir occasionally with a non-stick spatula. Add marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are about 80% melted. Add the milk powder and mix until the milk powder is not visible. Turn off the heat and mix in almonds and dried cranberries quickly until well combined.
 
 
 
 
 
Nougat Step 3Quickly put everything into the nougat tray mold and press gently. Cover the nougat with a piece of baking paper. Allow the nougat to set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Black Glutinous Rice Step 2Turn the nougat out onto a cutting board. Cut the nougat into small rectangles. The nougat is now ready to eat! Wrap the pieces in rice paper/baking paper/candy paper so that they do not stick together. Store the nougat in an airtight container at room temperature.
