250g water
30g honey

Instructions

Nutmeg Juice Step 1Wash nutmeg. Cut nutmeg in half. Remove the seed. Cut the nutmeg into small pieces. Soak nutmeg pieces in salt water to prevent oxidation. Rinse and drain before juicing.
