Penang Nutmeg Juice Ingredients4 nutmegs (approx. 300g)
250g water
30g honey
2 dried sour plums


Nutmeg Juice Step 1Wash nutmeg. Cut nutmeg in half. Remove the seed. Cut the nutmeg into small pieces. Soak nutmeg pieces in salt water to prevent oxidation. Rinse and drain before juicing.
Penang Nutmeg Juice Step 2Put a strainer on the juice container. Turn on the slow juicer. Juice the nutmeg. Add water, honey and sour plums. Stir and serve immediately.
