Penang Nutmeg Juice Recipe

4 nutmegs (approx. 300g)
2 dried sour plums
Wash nutmeg. Cut nutmeg in half. Remove the seed. Cut the nutmeg into small pieces. Soak nutmeg pieces in salt water to prevent oxidation. Rinse and drain before juicing.
Put a strainer on the juice container. Turn on the slow juicer. Juice the nutmeg. Add water, honey and sour plums. Stir and serve immediately.
