20g snow fungus
2 honey dates
30g dried jujube (seedless)
30g dried longan
2000g water
200g white rock sugar
 

Instructions

Peach Gum Dessert Step 1Soak peach gum and snow lotus seeds separately in cold water overnight or for at least 8 hours. After soaking, remove any dirts, rinse and drain.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Peach Gum Dessert Step 2Soak snow fungus in cold water overnight or for at least 8 hours. After soaking, remove the hard parts, rinse and drain. Cut the snow fungus into small pieces with a pair of scissors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Peach Gum Dessert Step 3Put water in pot. Bring it to a boil. Add snow fungus, honey dates, dried jujube, dried longan. Cover and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes, until the snow fungus are tender.

Storage

You can divide the peach gum dessert into individual portions and pour them in airtight containers separately. Cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator. If properly stored, they will maintain best quality for up to 7 days.
