Ingredients
100g plain flour
50g water
1g salt
tapioca starch/ potato starch (for dusting)
Instructions
Put flour, salt and water into a bowl and mix until a dough is formed. Shape the dough into a ball. Wrap the dough with cling wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Dust the dough with tapioca starch/ potato starch. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut out 6 wrappers with a round cutter (Ø 8.5cm). Repeat the process. Sprinkle each wrapper with tapioca starch. Wrap the wrappers with cling wrap and store in freezer.
