Spinach Noodles Recipe
How to make Spinach Noodles? Step-by-step Chinese Spinach Noodles recipe. This is the spinach noodles that I usually make at home. Only 3 ingredients are required – flour, salt, spinach juice. Noodles can be dried and refrigerated for short-term storage, or froze for future use.

Put flour and salt in the noodle maker. Turn on the noodle maker. Slowly pour in spinach juice into opening on lid. When a dough is formed (before extruding), take it out and shape it into a ball. Cover with cling wrap and leave for 15 minutes.
Tear the dough into small pieces and put in the noodle maker. Press the “Extrude” button. Press the noodles together to form a dough and repeat the extruding process. Hang the noodles on a noodle rack. There will be some dough left in the noodle maker. Do not throw away. Tear it into small pieces and put them directly into boiling water to cook.
To cook the noodles: Boil 1000g water in a pot. Add 3g of fine sea salt. Slowly put noodles in boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Cooking time depends on the shape of noodle. Check the noodle at regular intervals. When the noodles are cooked, strain and put in cold water. Drain the noodles.
