Ingredients

25g barley
1000g water
500g pumpkin
50g honey rock sugar
1 piece pandan leaf
 
 
 

Instructions

Pumpkin Barley Drink Step 1Wash mung beans and barley. Rinse and drain. Put water, mung beans and barley in a pot. Set aside. Cut the pumpkin in half. Remove the seeds. Peel the pumpkin. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces. Wash the pandan leaf, tear into strips and tie into a knot.
