Ingredients
30g glutinous rice flour
3g sugar
24g water
10 dried jujube
Instructions
Remove the jujube seed and cut open the jujube.
Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar and water in a bowl. Knead the dough until smooth. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Shape each piece into a small smooth ball.
Stuff each jujube with a piece of rice ball. Steam the jujube for about 10 minutes. You can serve it with Osmanthus syrup too.
