Ingredients
1500g water
300g pork ribs
10 dried jujubes
300g watercress
20g goji berries
1½tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
Wash and break the watercress into short lengths. Wash the pork ribs. Put water to a boil. Add pork ribs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add jujubes, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Add watercress, goji berries and salt. Bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
