200g coconut milk
100g whipping cream
70g water/milk
40g sugar
Instructions
Strain the coconut milk through a sieve. Bring the water to a boil. Add sugar. Lower the heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add coconut milk, mix well. Add whipping cream, mix well.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Turn on the ice cream maker. The machine will beep once the ice cream is ready, 2 hours. Freeze until firm.
