Easy Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

Vanilla Cupcake Ingredients1 egg
40g sugar
40g cake flour
½tsp baking powder
20g almond powder
15g milk
¼tsp vanilla extract
40g salted butter


Vanilla Cupcake Step 1Melt butter using a double boiler.
Pour vanilla extract into milk and stir well.
Sift the cake flour and baking powder together. Add almond powder and mix well.

Vanilla Cupcake Step 2Beat egg and sugar in a bowl until ribbon stage (thick and fluffy). Fold in flour mixture until 80% done. Add milk and vanilla extract. Add melted butter and fold until well combined.
Vanilla Cupcake Step 3Pour the batter into baking cups evenly. Tap the baking tray on table a few times to remove air bubbles. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. After having baked for about 12 minutes, you can rotate the baking tray to help the cupcake get cooked evenly.
