2 egg yolk (40g)
30g sugar
30g milk
20g cooking oil
35g cake flour
15g cocoa powder

2 egg white (60g)

Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder together.
Break the egg yolk. Add the sugar in 3 times and beat until pale yellow.
Add cooking oil and stir.
Add milk and stir.
Add flour mixture and fold until well combined.
Ingredients (B)
Beat the egg white until foamy. Add the sugar in 3 times and beat until stiff peaks form.
Add 1/3 of the egg white to the yolk batter and fold with a spatula until 80% done. Add another 1/3 and fold. Add another 1/3 and fold until well combined.
Pour the batter into the chiffon cake mould evenly. Tap the mould on table a few times to remove air bubbles. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven. Flip the cake over and leave to cool on a wire rack.
