Ingredients
1kg chicken carcass / bones
3000g water
Instructions
Put water in large stock pot. Bring it to a boil. Add chicken carcass. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Remove the chicken carcass and let it cool.
Tips: If the stock tastes too thin, simmer it until it is flavorful. As the water evaporates, the stock reduces in volume and its flavor is concentrated.
Storage
You can freeze the chicken stock in airtight containers, freezer bags or vacuum-sealed bags. If properly stored, they will maintain best quality for 4 to 6 months.
