Apple Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Step-by-step recipe to make Apple Yogurt Smoothie. With just two ingredients – apple and yogurt, you can make a cup of healthy smoothie at home. I use Fuji apple in this recipe. You may adjust the amount of yogurt according to your preference. I prefer a 1:0.8 ratio of apple (after peeling and coring) to yogurt.

1 apple (approx. 280g)
yogurt (0.8 x weight of apple after peeling and coring)
Wash, peel, core, and cut the apple into chunks. Measure the weight of the apple pieces. Take proper amount of yogurt. (e.g. 200g apple chunks to 160g yogurt)
Put yogurt and apple chunks in a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
