120g black glutinous rice
80g palm sugar
1 piece pandan leaf
100g coconut milk

Black Glutinous Rice Dessert Step 1Rinse black glutinous rice once and drain. Put rice and water in a pot. Bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat. Set aside for 1 hour. Wash the pandan leaf, tear into strips and tie into a knot. Mix coconut milk with salt.
