Make Noodles Recipe
Step-by-step recipe to make noodles at home. How to make noodles from scratch? This is the basic noodles that I usually make at home. Only four ingredients are required – flour, salt, egg and water. Noodles can be dried and refrigerated for short-term storage, or froze for future use.

Ingredients
300g plain flour
3g salt
140g 1 egg + water
Instructions
Mix egg and water. Put flour and salt in the noodle maker. Turn on the noodle maker. Slowly pour liquid into opening on lid. When a dough is formed (before extruding), take it out. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 15 minutes.
Tear the dough into small pieces. Put them in the noodle maker. Press the “Extrude” button. Dry noodles by hanging on a noodle rack. There will be some dough left in the noodle maker. Do not throw away. Tear it into small pieces and put them directly into boiling water to cook.
To cook the noodles: Boil 1000g water in a pot. Add 3g of fine sea salt. Slowly put noodles in boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Cooking time depends on the shape of noodle. Check the noodle at regular intervals. When the noodles are cooked, strain and put in cold water. Drain the noodles.
