1 aloe vera (approx. 200g)
1 apple (approx. 180g)
30g white rock sugar
Slice the spines off the sides of the Aloe Vera. Cut off the stem end. Cut the leaf into thirds. Soak the Aloe Vera pieces in water for 10 minutes. Rinse. Remove the skin. Cut the Aloe Vera into large pieces.
Rinse the apple. Rub the apple with salt on surface. Rinse. Core, and cut the apple into pieces.
In a double boiler, add in aloe vera, apple, rock sugar and water. Cover up and double boil (auto setting) for 1 hour. Serve hot.
